Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
dirty cushions old tv
The pool cushions were stained and quite dirty. the tv in the room didn't function very well. It seemed old. the wear and tear was obvious even though the rooms were well-appointed. i think this place needs an update or refresh.

a romantic escape
warm welcome great first impression spacious room lovely pool
the staff greeted me warmly and helped with luggage as i arrived at the pier the building made a great first impression i found the service provided by the staff superb i felt welcomed and cared for the rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. the pool provided a lovely spot to relax under the sun i savored the time spent there .
i found some areas needed some maintenance there were a few holes in the decking and some broken light fittings i hope they address these minor issues soon to maintain the resort's overall appeal.

the restaurant team was friendly and made me feel at home they offered really good service from the moment i arrived at the floating pier, assisting with luggage and providing a warm welcome throughout my stay.

my room featured spaciousness and comfort it included a comfortable bed and tasteful decor the cleanliness was perfect contributing to a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere throughout my time in the room.

the hotel's location is near all the attractions it is just a short walk to the place where tours leave it provided easy access to explore the area's offerings i appreciated the proximity to key locations.

disgusting shower head no towels
The staff was lovely. The bath was huge!
Our shower head was disgusting. I mentioned the shower head to the reception desk, but they could have cleaned the room better. The gym was a joke, the machines didn't work well, and there were NO towels there. The prices were ridiculous, also.

spacious villa quick staff response fresh fruit stained cushion outdated tv junk area
my two-bedroom villa was quite spacious. the staff responded quickly to requests. the breakfast buffet had a decent range of options and included fresh fruit.
the pool cushions showed noticeable staining and wear. the tv in the room seemed outdated and its functionality was limited. i saw some areas near the elevator that had some junk left around.

the hotel is very close to the pier. staff was excellent and very helpful here. the pool bar is really cool and the bartender at the pool bar is the best in thailand. his name is free boy. he is awesome.
