The pool cushions were stained and quite dirty. the tv in the room didn't function very well. It seemed old. the wear and tear was obvious even though the rooms were well-appointed. i think this place needs an update or refresh.

a romantic escape

the staff greeted me warmly and helped with luggage as i arrived at the pier the building made a great first impression i found the service provided by the staff superb i felt welcomed and cared for the rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. the pool provided a lovely spot to relax under the sun i savored the time spent there .
i found some areas needed some maintenance there were a few holes in the decking and some broken light fittings i hope they address these minor issues soon to maintain the resort's overall appeal.

the restaurant team was friendly and made me feel at home they offered really good service from the moment i arrived at the floating pier, assisting with luggage and providing a warm welcome throughout my stay.

my room featured spaciousness and comfort it included a comfortable bed and tasteful decor the cleanliness was perfect contributing to a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere throughout my time in the room.

the hotel's location is near all the attractions it is just a short walk to the place where tours leave it provided easy access to explore the area's offerings i appreciated the proximity to key locations.

decent stay with some letdowns

the staff was helpful when needed.
the room was not very clean. the shower head was quite dirty, and there was dust on the bins. the gym was also disappointing because the equipment did not work well and there were no towels available, there weren't even any towels.

The staff was lovely. The bath was huge!
Our shower head was disgusting. I mentioned the shower head to the reception desk, but they could have cleaned the room better. The gym was a joke, the machines didn't work well, and there were NO towels there. The prices were ridiculous, also.
